SpectraMax® Plus384Microplate Reader
 
Product Description:
The SpectraMax Plus384 is the only spectrophotometer with a built-in cuvette port and microplate drawer with 96- and 384-well microplate capability.
This reader is monochromator based absorbance microplate spectrophotometer. The wavelength and scanning range are from 190 – 1000 nm in 1 nm increments.
The SpectraMax Plus384 has three detection modes, including endpoint, kinetic, and spectral scanning.
With SoftMax® Pro software, PathCheck automatically normalizes the well absorbance to a cuvette equivalent pathlength of 1 cm —similar to using 96 or 384 cuvettes simultaneously. PathCheck allows you to eliminate standard curves and, for compounds with a known absorptivity, concentration can be calculated directly from absorbance.
This reader has linear plate shaking and temperature control capability.
Software has ability to design custom assay protocols or customize existing protocol to create meaningful reports, graphs, and multi-plate summaries, including data trend analysis.
