Product Description:

FlexStation 3 is a dual-monochromator, multi-detection microplate reader with 6-384 microplate reading capability. Based on Molecular Devices' SpectraMax® M5 e platform, this five-mode reader addresses multiple application technologies including: absorbance(UV-Vis) (200 – 1000 nm), fluorescence intensity (250 – 850 nm), fluorescence polarization (400 – 750nm), luminescence (250 – 850 nm) and time-resolved fluorescence (250 – 850 nm).

FlexStation 3 offers automated pipetting using the 8- or 16-channel pipettor to improve assay quality and increase throughput. For fast, kinetic cell-based assays, throughput is increased when a column of wells are pipetted, read, and analyzed simultaneously rather than one well at a time.
When utilizing 8- or 16-channel pipettors, assays are expanded to include calcium mobilization assays, membrane potential assays and fast luminescence applications.
With SoftMax ® Pro software, PathCheck automatically normalizes the well absorbance to a cuvette equivalent pathlength of 1 cm —similar to using 96 or 384 cuvettes simultaneously. PathCheck allows you to eliminate standard curves and, for compounds with a known absorptivity, concentration can be calculated directly from absorbance.
The FlexStation 3 offers the additional benefit of being certified for the Cisbio HTRF assay.
Software has ability to design custom assay protocols or customize existing protocol to create meaningful reports, graphs, and multi-plate summaries, including data trend analysis.

SpectraMax M5/M5 e Microplate Reader is a dual-monochromator, multi-detection microplate reader with 6-384 microplate, and top- and bottom-reading capability. Detection modalities include absorbance (UV-Vis) (200 – 1000 nm), fluorescence intensity (250 – 850 nm), fluorescence polarization (400 – 750 nm), time-resolved fluorescence (250 – 850 nm) and luminescence (250 – 850 nm).

This reader also has a three-mode cuvette port that enables absorbance (UV-Vis) (200 – 1000nm), fluorescence intensity (250 – 850 nm), and luminescence (250 – 850 nm).

SpectraMax M2 and SpectraMax M2eare multi- detection microplate readers with dual-monochromators, dual-mode cuvette ports and top- and bottom-reading capability (top-reading only on SpectraMax M2). Primary detection modes include absorbance (UV-Vis) (200 – 1000 nm) and fluorescence intensity (Ex 250 – 850 nm, Em 360 – 850 nm on M2, Em 250 – 850 nm on M2 e ). Secondary detection modes include time-resolved fluorescence and luminescence.
